-สำหรับเอกสารการ ขอดูคะแนนสอบและทบทวนคะแนน จะใช้ ใบคำร้องทั่วไป ที่มี 2 หน้า

-For reviewing the exam score, you'll have to use 2 pages General Request Form

*** You cannot use the ordinary 1 page General Request Form. You must use the 2 pages one.***
